If you have visited Dri Tech in the past few years, odds are you have met, Candace. As Director of First Impressions - as Blaine DeBrouwer, Dri Tech’s CEO puts it, Candace plays an instrumental role in the flow, communication, and organization of the whole team. After the recession, Candace was one of the first team members that Blaine pursued to rejoined and was thrilled to have her rejoin the team. Candace typifies first impressions and, for Dri Tech, her positive attitude and dedication to the customer are what make her irreplaceable. Candace keeps coming back to Dri Tech because they are a family. The people she works with are like a second family, and during the busy season, she sometimes sees them more than her actual family. “Without a super close-knit team there wouldn’t be the motivation to put in the 24/7 customer service that Dri Tech is known for,” she explained. Candace has been witness to all growth phases of the company and, through it all, she is inspired that the team’s dedication to their customers has remained the top priority.
