Matt Della Silva engages with clients every day as an estimator, project manager, and problem solver. In his experience, it is valuable to the clients for the entire Dri-Tech team to be cohesive and constantly learning. To achieve this, the management team has weekly meetings where they have a chance to “take the work hat off” and reconnect, discuss problems and solutions. "Dri-Tech is different from other companies because of the open culture and ability to learn from any member of the team at any time," said Matt. Even during the busy season, team members find time to learn, grow and solve problems together. This creates room for growth and a culture of forward-thinking people and elevates how the team works together to serve the clients in the best way possible. Outside of work, Matt has a love for hockey and you can often find him sporting his Golden Knights jersey around the office!
